Utah Jazz defeated the Memphis Grizzlies 126-110 in Game 5 of their NBA playoff series to take the series 4-1 and book their place in the NBA Conference semifinals. Donovan Mitchell scored 30 points with 6 rebounds and 10 assists in the game for the Jazz, who lost the first game of the series and bounced back by winning the next four.

Luka Doncic delivered 42 points with 8 rebounds and 14 assists for the Dallas Mavericks as they defeated the Los Angeles Clippers 105-100 to win the fifth game of their NBA playoff series and take the scores to 3-2 in their favour, setting up a tantalising finish to the series.

Philadelphia 76ers defeated the Washington Wizards 129-112 to knock them out of the playoffs as the 76ers went 4-1 up with the victory. Seth Curry led the scoring for the 76ers with 30 points and 2 assists on the night. Ben Simmons chipped in with a triple-double for them as well. They will face the Atlanta Hawks in the NBA Conference semifinals.

Trae Young led the Atlanta Hawks to a 103-89 win over the New York Knicks that confirmed their qualification into the NBA Conference semifinals as they took the series 4-1. Young finished the game with 36 points, 4 rebounds and 9 assists for the Hawks, who will now face the Philadelphia 76ers in their conference semifinals.
