John Ogu meets Nigerian youngster Ime Ndon after Isreali Toto cup game, shares words of advice with the lad.

From playing in the Nigerian National League in 2021 with Ibom Youths Fc, 19 year old Ime Ndon has made significant career progress in the last one year.


Ndon received a ” Don’t relax ” advice from Compatriot John Ogu after a Toto cup clash between his team Sc Kfar Qasim and Ogu’s Maccabi Jaffa on Monday August 1, 2022 .


Teenage sensation Ime Ndon was in action for 60 minutes at the NES Tiona Stadium in Isreal when SC Kfar Qasim began their Toto cup campaign with a 1-0 win over Ogu’s Maccabi Jaffa .


The youngster was happy with the opportunity to meet with the vastly experienced John Ogu after the game . The Nigerian pair had a photograph before Ogu shared words of advice with the youngster.

John Ogu , SportsRation gathered advised Ime Ndon to keep up with the standard of play from the Toto cup Liga Leumit clash and not relax .


Ime Ndon joined Isreali Liga Leumit side Sc Kfar Qasim from Nigeria National League club Ibom Youths Fc where the 19 year old, nicknamed ” Yekini ” for his bulldozing runs enjoyed a stellar breakthrough season in 2021.


Ime Ndon and his Kfar Qasim teammates will continue their Isreali Toto cup Liga Leumit campaign when they face Ramat Hasharon on Thursday by 5:30 pm (Nigerian time ) .


25 cap Nigerian International John Ogu on his part joined Maccabi Jaffa on May 30, 2022 and will compete in the Isreali Liga Leumit this season .


The Isreali Toto cup is a cup tournament competed for by the top two league divisions in Isreal . The 16 clubs playing in the Toto cup Liga Leumit are divided In groups of four.


The first placed team in each group advances to the semi final . The game on August 1 , was the first of the 2022 edition .
