Jose Mourinho keen on bringing Toni Kroos or Fabinho to Manchester United

Jose Mourinho would like to add Fabinho or Toni Kroos to his Manchester United midfield for next season as he looks to get the best out of Paul Pogba, reports claim.

The Portuguese tactician is ready to spend big in the summer as he looks to restore the Red Devils to their former glory and has identified central midfield as an area of concern.

With Michael Carrick not getting any younger, Mourinho will soon find himself even shorter in the middle of the park than he already is and he wants to strengthen that position.

And with Bastian Schweinsteiger leaving in January, he’s keen to bring in several reinforcements, with both the Monaco and Real Madrid stars top of his list, according to Gianluca Di Marzio.

Both Tiemoue Bakayoko and Cesc Fabregas have been mentioned as possible alternative options but it’s believed Mourinho favours a move for Kroos and Fabinho.
