Ladan Bosso dissatisfied with Flying Eagles performance against Dominican Republic
Ladan Bosso, the coach of Nigeria’s Under-20 football team, the Flying Eagles, has expressed his dissatisfaction with the team’s performance in their match against the Dominican Republic. The Flying Eagles won 2-1.
Bosso, in his post-match comments, expressed his disappointment in the team’s performance when it comes to finishing chances, citing a lack of cohesion and poor decision-making as some of the reasons for the team’s struggle. He also criticized the team’s failure to convert their chances, which he said had been a recurring problem throughout the tournament.
The coach further stated that the team has a great potential in the tournament, but is failing to maintain their momentum in crucial moments. He lamented the lack of creativity and urgency in the team’s play, insisting that the players needed to take more responsibility and show more determination on the field.
Speaking during an interview Ladan Bosso exclaimed that the team missed too many chances.
Bosso, who is a former coach of Nigeria’s senior team, the Super Eagles, stressed the need for the Flying Eagles to improve on their finishing.
