Lampard loses another cup final as he continues to search for first title

Frank Lampard has been beaten in another Cup final after losing 2-1 to Arsenal in the FA Cup final on Saturday.

The Chelsea legend in charge of the West London club was beaten 2-1 by Mikel Arteta’s Arsenal at Wembley on Saturday.

With the Saturday defeat, Frank Lampard has now lost three cup finals within two years of his managerial career.

Frank Lampard lost the Championship promotion final to Aston Villa in 2019, he lost the European Super Cup final to Liverpool in 2019 and today the FA Cup final to Arsenal.

He would have joined Roberto Di Matteo, Ruud Gullit and Gianluca Vialli as people who won the FA Cup with Chelsea as player and manager.
