Kano Pillars and NPFL hitman Junior Lokosa says he is looking forward to making his debut for the Super Eagles in Monday’s International friendly against DR Congo in Port Harcourt.
The game against Florent Ibenge’s side provides the first big opportunity for the forward to stake his claim for a place in the final 23-man squad for the World Cup.
”I can’t wait to play my first game for the Super Eagles. It’s has been my ambition right from when I started playing football and it’s very close now,” Lokosa told CSN .
“The atmosphere in camp is great and it’s been a wonderful experience for me. The old guys have help me to settle down well.
“We are all looking forward to the game against DR Congo on Monday and I hope I will get the chance to play.”
