Man Utd, Chelsea book Champions League places as Bournemouth, Watford relegated from Premier League

Manchester United and Chelsea have secured the last two Champions League places after win against Leicester City and Wolverhampton respectively.

Second half goals from Bruno Fernandes and Jesse Lingard sealed a 2-0 win for Manchester United against Leicester City.

While first goals from Mason Mount and Oliver Giroud did the magic for Chelsea as they secured a 2-0 win against Wolverhampton Wanderers.

Both teams ended the season with identical points but United with a superior goal difference finished 3rd while Chelsea finished 4th.

Leicester City who for more than 8 months at the 3rd position dropped to 5th and to Europa League.

They would be joined by Jose Mourinho Tottenham Hotspur who finished 6th on the log.

It must have been a great work done by Jose Mourinho who took over a Tottenham Hotspur side rooted in 10th position and far from top 6 finish.

Aston Villa dramatically escaped relegation but Bournemouth and Watford have been relegated from the Premier League alongside Norwich City.
