Man Utd To Play Man City in FA Cup Final after win against Brighton

Manchester United set up an FA Cup final clash against rivals Manchester City after beating Brighton 7-6 on penalties in the semi-final.

The match ended 0-0 after 120 minutes at Wembley, with Brighton pushing United all the way.

United’s David De Gea was in fine form, saving a free-kick from Alexis Mac Allister and a Julio Enciso attempt. After extra time failed to produce a winner, the tie went to penalties.

All players scored in the first five rounds before Solly March missed for Brighton, allowing Victor Lindelof to score the winner for United.

The final score was 7-6 to United, who progressed to their record-equalling 21st FA Cup final.

On June 3rd Manchester United, and Manchester City will play in the all-Manchester final, the first ever between the rival clubs.
