Manchester City to win 2023/2024 English Premier League title – Owen predicts plus full standings

Former Liverpool FC forward Micheal Owen has predicted Manchester City will win the 2023/2024 English Premier League title.

The former England International turned pundit made this prediction on his Twitter handle as the kickoff of the new EPL season draws closer.

Owen shares close ties with Liverpool FC, a club he rose from it’s academy to make 297 English Premier League appearances, scoring 158 goals in a period that failed to produce domestic league success for the Kops.
