Maurizio Sarri backs Ruben Loftus-Cheek to become World Best

Chelsea manager Maurizio Sarri has said Ruben Loftus-Cheek has all it takes to become the best in the world in a short time.

The 23-year-old midfielder Chelsea academy graduate who is enjoying game time under the Italian watch was praised by his boss on Thursday.

Shortly after helping Chelsea secure a comfortable 5-0 away win in Ukraine against Dynamo Kiev in their Europa League second leg clash, Sarri talked highly of his midfielder and what the future holds for him because his potential.

“The potential of Loftus-Cheek is very high. Physically, technically, he is improving tactically.

“He can become one of the best midfielders not only in England, but in Europe.”

Loftus-Cheek who recently received another international calls for England’s Euro ualifiers has scored four goals and assisted a goal in nine games when he starts.

He alongside his Chelsea teammates Hudson-Odoi have completed the highest number of take ons (30) in Europa League this season.
