Meet 2015 U-23 AFCON winning striker Kufre Ebong as he turns 28 today

CLUB CAREER TO-DATE

After learning the basics at Greater Tomorrow Soccer Academy, Kufre joined hometown club Akwa United FC where he developed into one of the most treasured strikers in the country by 2015.

Then a power-house in Nigerian football, Warri Wolves signed Ebong from Akwa United FC to join a star-studded seasiders set-up in Warri.

Kufre has turned out for FK Kukesi (Albania), Al Ahli Bengazi (Libya), El Mokawloon (Egypt), Lobi Stars (Nigeria) and now Dakkada FC (Nigeria).

KUFRE AT THE 2015 U-23 AFRICAN CHAMPIONSHIP

Kufre Ebong`s performances were good enough to earn the attention of then Nigeria U-23 Head Coach Samson Siasia. The forward was named in the Nigeria U-23 team for the 2015 African Championsip in Dakar Senegal. Below is The full list:
