Meet Morroco`s Achraf Hakimi the “dribbling-king”
Morrocan footballer Achraf Hakimi is blessed with special dribbling skills which helps him seamlessly go past opposition defenders and set-up assists for teammates and score as well.
The PSG defender is currently trending following reports of how he dribbled past a divorce suit filed by his estranged wife Hiba Abouk.
On March 27, 2023 Spanish actress Hiba Abouk had publicly announced her separation from Hakimi who is currently facing investigations from French authorities following allegations of sexual assault on a lady in Febuary 2023 .
Trending reports show Abouk in her suit demanded for possession of half of Hakimi`s assets but during the court session, it was revealed that he had nothing in his name.
The 24-year-old dribble-king had placed all of his assets and funds in his mother’s name, and that he frequently asked her to purchase items for him. Millions of dollars in Hakimi’s pay were deposited in accounts with his mother’s name on them, along with all of his homes, cars, clothes, and jewelry, unknown to his wife who he first met in 2018 before they tied the knots in 2020.

BIRTH
Hakimi was born on 4th November 1998 in Spain to Moroccan parents. He was raised in Getafe, Spain and joined Real Madrid`s academy aged 8.
EARLY LIFE AND STRUGGLES
His parents were migrants in Spain and did menial jobs, so it is safe to say Hakimi was raised in a poor family background per life blogger.
His father was a newspaper vendor while his mother was a home cleaner. At a very young age, Achraf developed interest in football and this affected his studies. The young lad will devote time with youth club Deportivo Colonia de Ofigevi and it was just a matter of time before a big club scouted this future great.
FOOTBALL CAREER
His footballing skills were developed in Real Madrid`s academy from 2006 to 2016 and in 2017, he finally made his professional debut for Real Madrid. From 2017 to date, Hakimi has represented Real Madrid, Borussia Dortmund, and Inter Milan from where he moved to PSG in 2021.
At international level, the 24-year old plays for the Moroccan national team and was one of the star performers as Morocco reached an African record semi-final spot at the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar.

Regarded as one of the best defenders in the World, Hakimi is primarily a right-back but can also play as a Central defender or as a wing-back due to his excellent dribbling, Speed and crossing accuracy.

In February, a 24-year old lady filed a complaint saying Achraf kissed her on the mouth, lifted up clothes, and kissed her breasts despite her saying ‘no’. He also touched her genitals despite her resisting, once again.”
Hakimi has since denied the allegations which according to his lawyer, Fanny Colin was “a blackmail attempt.”
