Inter Miami to face Al Nassr in pre-season friendly
Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo will face each other one last time during the Riyadh Season Cup in 2024 when Inter Miami and Al Nassr face off in Saudi.
Following their failure to reach the playoffs in the MLS this year, Inter Miami are set to intensify preparations for the next season with a series of friendlies on their international tour.
Inter Miami will take part in this year’s edition of the Riyadh Season Cup tournament, where they will face Al Hilal on January 29th and Al Nassr on February 1st.
The match provides another opportunity for the world to see Lionel Messi and his longtime rival Cristiano Ronaldo face off once more, the 35th such meeting. Messi has won 16 of those meetings to Ronaldo’s 10, and has 21 goals and 12 assists to Ronaldo’s 20 goals and one assist.
Inter Miami will also face the national team of El Salvador on January 19th and Hong Kong on January 29th as part of their preseason tour.
