MFM and Enyimba share points as Olukoya Boys continue search for first win against Peoples’ Elephants

Alot was at stake when MFM FC and Enyimba clashed at the Soccer Temple in Agege in their Nigeria Professional Football League matchday 13.

It was the battle for the top spot in group A and also another opportunity for MFM FC to finally get one against Enyimba FC.

Abdulrahman Bashir opened the scoring after close encounter between both teams. The goal was scored in the 48th minute of the game.

Chijioke Akuneto equalized for MFM FC in the 56th minute of the game.

There was no winner on Sunday as both teams shared the points to remain the top two teams in group A.

MFM FC retained their place in the top spot of group A standing but will have to wait for their first win against Enyimba.
