NBA Conference Semifinals: Nuggets, 76ers on the verge of Conference finals

Jokic, Embiid star in respective Game 5s

Philadelphia 76ers secured a 115-103 win over the Boston Celtics at the TD Garden in Game 5 of their Eastern Conference Semifinals. The Sixers have taken a 3-2 lead and are now one win away from a first Conference final appearance since 2001. Joel Embiid led the scoring for the Sixers with 33 points in the game, and Tyrese Maxey scored 30 points. James Harden contributed 17 points and ten assists for the Sixers, as well. Jayson Tatum scored 36 points and ten rebounds, and Jaylen Brown scored 24 points for the Celtics.

Denver Nuggets claimed a 118-102 win over the Phoenix Suns to take a 3-2 lead in the Western Conference semifinals. Nikola Jokic recorded a triple-double of 29 points, 13 rebounds and 12 assists in the game, Bruce Brown Jr scored 25 points and Jamal Murray scored 19 points in the game. Devin Booker scored 28 points for the Suns, and Kevin Durant added 26 points and 11 rebounds.
