NBA Playoffs day 11 recap: Dallas Mavericks and Boston Celtics win

On day 11 of the ongoing NBA playoffs, the Dallas Mavericks and the Boston Celtics secured important victories against Los Angeles Clippers and Miami Heat respectively.

Luka Dončić was the star for the Mavericks, scoring 35 points, with 20 of those coming in the second half, as they defeated the Los Angeles Clippers 123-93.

Dončić also contributed 10 assists, 7 rebounds, and 14 points in the third quarter alone, showcasing his exceptional skills. With this win, the Mavericks now lead the series 3-2 and aim to close it out at home in Game 6.

In another game, the Boston Celtics took revenge on the Miami Heat, winning 118-84. Jaylen Brown and Derrick White led the Celtics’ scoring with 25 points each, supported by Sam Hauser with 17 points and Jayson Tatum with 16 points and 12 rebounds.

The Celtics never trailed in the game, avenging their loss to Miami in last year’s conference finals. They now await the winner of the Cleveland-Orlando series for their next matchup in the Eastern Conference semifinals.

Overall, it was a successful NBA Playoffs day for both the Mavericks and the Celtics, as they took significant steps forward in their playoff journeys.
