NBA Recap: Giannis, Tatum lead Bucks, Celtics to big wins

Nets, Cavaliers, Suns all pick up NBA wins

Giannis Antetokounmpo led the scoring for the Milwaukee Bucks as they claimed a 109-103 win over the New York Knicks to improve their record in the NBA to 15-5 this season. The Greek Freak scored 37 points and 13 rebounds for the Bucks in the game, with Jrue Holiday contributing 22 points. RJ Barrett scored 26 points for the Knicks.

Jayson Tatum scored 49 points and 11 rebounds for the Boston Celtics as they maintained their impressive form in the NBA. The Eastern Conference champions claimed a 134-121 win over the Miami Heat to improve to 18-4 in the league. Jaylen Brown also contributed 26 points for the Celtics in the game. Bam Adebayo scored 23 points for the Heat.

Cleveland Cavaliers picked up a 114-85 win over the Philadelphia 76ers to improve their record this season to 14-8 in the NBA. Caris LeVert led the scoring with 22 points and Darius Garland scored 21 points for the Cavaliers. Joel Embiid scored 19 points for the 76ers.

Atlanta Hawks defeated the Orlando Magic 125-108 in their NBA clash. Trae Young led the scoring in the game with 30 points and 14 assists, while Dejounte Murray contributed 27 points. Franz Wagner scored 22 points for Orlando Magic.

Brooklyn Nets received inspiration from Kevin Durant as they overcame the Washington Wizards 113-107 in their NBA clash. Durant led the scoring with 39 points as Kyrie Irving scored 27 points for the Nets. Kristaps Porzingis had 27 points and 19 rebounds for the Wizards.

Minnesota Timberwolves secured a 109-101 win over the Memphis Grizzlies in their NBA clash on Wednesday. Anthony Edwards led the scoring in the game with 29 points and Jaylen Nowell added 24 points for the Timberwolves. Ja Morant scored 24 points for the Grizzlies.

Oklahoma City Thunder defeated the San Antonio Spurs 119-111 to pick up their ninth win in the NBA this season. Jalen Williams scored 27 points and Luguentz Dort scored 23 points for Oklahoma. Darius Vassell scored 25 points for the Spurs in the game.

New Orleans Pelicans claimed a 126-108 win over the Toronto Raptors to improve their NBA record this season to 13-8. Zion Williamson led the scoring with 33 points and ten rebounds, and Trey Murphy III scored 26 points. Gary Trent Jr scored 35 points for the Raptors.

Phoenix Suns improved to 15-6 in the NBA this season following their 132-113 win over the Chicago Bulls. Devin Booker led the scoring with 51 points as DeAndre Ayton tallied 30 points and 14 rebounds. DeMar DeRozan scored 29 points for the Bulls in the game.

Denver Nuggets claimed a 120-100 win over the Houston Rockets in their NBA meeting. Jamal Murray led the scoring with 26 points and Aaron Gordon scored 20 points for the Nuggets. Kevin Porter Jr scored 23 points for the Rockets in the game.

Utah Jazz defeated the Los Angeles Clippers 125-112 in their NBA clash on Wednesday. Jordan Clarkson led the scoring with 33 points as Lauri Markkanen scored 23 points for the Jazz. John Wall scored 26 points for the Clippers in the game.

Sacramento Kings recorded a 137-114 victory against the Indiana Pacers. Malik Monk and Harrison Barnes each tallied 22 points for the Kings, while Bennedict Mathurin scored 22 points for the Pacers.

Los Angeles Lakers claimed a 128-109 win over the Portland Trail Blazers to pick up only their eighth win in the NBA this season. LeBron James led the scoring with 31 points and Anthony Davis contributed 27 points and 12 rebounds. Jerami Grant tallied 27 points for the Trail Blazers.
