Warriors lose to Pistons, Bucks, 76ers win
Los Angeles Lakers picked up a third consecutive win in the NBA as they defeated the Miami Heat 112-109 to improve to 17-21 this season. Dennis Schroder led the scoring for the Lakers with 32 points and Russell Westbrook scored 21 points. Bam Adebayo scored 30 points and 13 rebounds for the Heat.
The Chicago Bulls put an end to the Brooklyn Nets’ 12-game winning run with a 121-112 scoreline in their clash on Wednesday. DeMar DeRozan and Patrick Williams scored 22 points apiece for the Bulls, and Kevin Durant scored 44 points for the Nets.
Memphis Grizzlies claimed a 131-107 win over the Charlotte Hornets for their 24th NBA win this season. Ja Morant scored 23 points and Desmond Bane contributed 19 points and 11 rebounds. LaMelo Ball scored 23 points and 12 assists for the Hornets.
Philadelphia 76ers claimed a 129-126 OT win over the Indian Pacers. James Harden led the scoring for the Sixers with 26 points and Tobias Harris added 19 points and ten rebounds. Buddy Hield scored 24 points for the Pacers.
Cleveland Cavaliers defeated the Phoenix Suns 90-88 in their NBA clash. Caris LeVert scored 21 points and Donovan Mitchell added 20 points. Chris Paul scored 25 points for the Suns.
Orlando Magic defeated the Oklahoma City Thunder 126-115 in their NBA clash. Paolo Banchero led the scoring for the Magic with 25 points and Terence Ross scored 18 points. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander scored 33 points for the Thunder.
Milwaukee Bucks claimed a 104-101 OT win over the Toronto Raptors. Giannis Antetokounmpo contributed a triple-double for the Bucks with 30 points, 21 rebounds and ten assists. Grayson Allen added 16 points for the Bucks. Fred VanVleet scored 28 points and 12 assists in the game.
New York Knicks defeated the San Antonio Spurs 117—114 in the NBA on Wednesday. Jalen Brunson scored 38 points and Julius Randle scored 25 points with 13 rebounds. Keldon Johnson scored 26 points for the Spurs.
New Orleans Pelicans picked up a 119-108 win over the Houston Rockets. CJ McCollum led the scoring with 28 points and Jonas Valanciunas scored 16 points and 17 rebounds. Jalen Green scored 16 points for the Rockets.
Detroit Pistons claimed a shock 122-109 win over the Golden State Warriors in their NBA clash. Bojan Bogdanovic led the scoring with 29 points and rookie Jalen Duren recorded 18 points and 11 rebounds. Klay Thompson scored 30 points for the Warriors.
Minnesota Timberwolves won against the Portland Trail Blazers 113-106 in their NBA meeting. Anthony Edwards scored 32 points and Rudy Gobert recorded 17 points and 12 rebounds. Jerami Grant scored 26 points for Portland.
Atlanta Hawks claimed a 120-117 win over the Sacramento Kings in their NBA clash. John Collins scored 22 points and ten rebounds, and De’Andre Hunter scored 22 points. De’Aaron Fox scored 25 points for the Kings.
