NBA Round Up: Curry drops 42 to help Warriors continue streak, Westbrook records 40th triple-double & Cavs prevail in double OT

The Golden State Warriors and their winning streak shows no sign of ending after seeing off the Washington Wizards, while the Cleveland Cavaliers outlasted the Indiana Pacers in a thriller as Russell Westbrook’s triple-double was not enough to lift the Oklahoma City Thunder.

Reigning NBA MVP Steph Curry scored 42 points to help the Warriors beat the Washington Wizards 139-115 on Sunday.

It was Golden State’s 11th consecutive win.

Defending champions the Cavaliers outduelled the Pacers 135-130 after double overtime in Cleveland.

Westbrook posted his 40th triple-double of the season but the Thunder still lost 113-101 at home to the Charlotte Hornets.

The San Antonio Spurs held off the Utah Jazz 109-103 on the back of another impressive performance from Kawhi Leonard, while the Houston Rockets defeated the Phoenix Suns 123-116 without James Harden.
