NFF to Qualified Coaches: Apply for Super Eagles and Golden Eaglets jobs
The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) has called on interested qualified coaches to apply for the vacant Super Eagles and Golden Eaglets coaching position.
Jose Peseiro was the last Super Eagles head coach and left the role following the expiration of his contract on February 29, 2024 few weeks after he led the team to second place finished at the AFCON in Cote D’Ivoire.
As earlier reported here, Jose Peseiro announced on his X handle on March 1 last week that he left Super Eagles coaching position.
There were speculations that he might be reappointed but with the latest development it seems his two years old relationship with NFF is over.
Similarly, the NFF has also placed advert for the vacant Coaching position at the National U-17 Men Team (Golden Eaglets).
It was last handled Nduka Ugbade. The team had a disastrous outing at the last U-17 AFCON championship and so the Federation is considering a new coach in charge of the lads.
