Niger Flickers beat Yobe to set up 2018 National Hockey Super League final against Kada Stars

A lone goal from Umar Danladi ensured Niger Flickers beat Yobe Desert Rollers to set up a clash against Kada Stars in Saturday’s final.

Anything short of victory for Niger Flickers if Stallions beat Delta Force would have been disastrous for Lolo boys but the defending champions took care of business from their end to ensure they will play in the 2018 National Super Hockey League final.

In the other game, Stallions were shocked by Delta Force courtesy of a lone goal scored by Adamson Lucky. The Lagos-based club will now fight for the Bronze medal when they play Police Machines in the 3rd and 4th place clash on Saturday.

The other classification game will see 5th place Yobe Desert Rollers tackle 6th place, Delta Force.

The final between Niger Flickers and Kada Stars will be a cracker as the earlier meeting between both teams ended in a 1-1 draw.
