Nigeria Intl Francisca Ordega joins Atletico de Madrid femenino. 

Super Falcons forward Francisca Ordega has joined the female team of Atletico Madrid in Spain, Atletico de Madrid Femenino from Washington Spirit of the National Women Soccer League. 

The 24 year old will join the club next march having passed her medical and will lead the foward line for the club. 

Speaking to the club’s website after signing her contract, Ordega said “For me it’s an honour and am very happy to be here. Atletico Madrid is a great club, internationally recognised, and i really want to start”. 

The forward celebrated her birthday yesterday.
