Nigeria pounce Ghana 40-4 In Women’s Rugby game

Nigeria Rugby League Women’s team, Green Falcons, pounced Ghana Women’s team 40-4 in a rugby game on Friday, November 3, 2023.

The match was the first installment of Senior Women’s Internationals.

The First-ever rugby Senior Women’s Internationals is a three-match friendly series between Nigeria and Ghana.

In the first game played on Friday, 3rd November, 2023 at the CMS Grammar School, the Green Falcons overwhelmed their Ghanian counterparts 40-4, a massive blow for a sporting rival.

Nigeria and Ghana will faceoff again for the second game in the rugby series on Sunday, 5th November at the CMS Grammar School.

The third match will take place in Ghana, on 9th November at University of Ghana in Accra.
