Nigeria Vs South Africa: Lookman, Iwobi arrive Super Eagles camp

Ademola Lookman and Alex Iwobi have joined the Super Eagles camp in Uyo, providing a significant boost to the squad ahead of their crucial World Cup Qualifier clash against South Africa.

The Super Eagles, now led by new head coach Finidi George, are preparing intensively for the upcoming fixture against South Africa and Benin Republic.

The versatile forward from Serie A club Atalanta, Lookman, has joined the camp, bringing his impressive form and goal-scoring ability to the national team. Fulham midfielder Alex Iwobi, has also reported for duty, adding creativity and experience to the midfield.

With Lookman and Iwobi now available, the coaching staff can work on integrating these key players into the team’s strategies and formations. Their arrival is expected to enhance the team’s depth and versatility, providing Finidi George with more options for the match against South Africa.

Lookman and Iwobi were among several players delayed in Lagos due to an industrial action by the NLC, but they have now successfully joined their teammates in Uyo.
