As if losing 1-0 to Sporting Lagos was not enough, Katsina United FC have been dragged after their player, Ibrahim wore jersey with hand-written jersey number.
A fan in the stand at the Mobolaji Johnson Stadium in Lagos took picture of the player and that picture is now trending on social media with fans bashing Katsina United FC for what they tagged ‘shameful’ and bad for the football league in Nigeria.
Nigerian fans have reacted angrily over the picture with some linking same to the Enyimba FC case when Gabriel Innocent played in the African Football League vs Wydad Casablanca with hand-written jersey number three.
