Al Jandal Sports Club secured promotion to the Saudi Arabian first division and will have Nigerian striker Ani

ekpeno Udoh to thank after he scored 23-goals in the 2022/2023 season.

On Saturday April 29, Aniekpeno Udoh scored a brace to help Al Jandal seal a 1-2 second leg win over Bisha SC. The win completed a 4-2 playoff win for Al Jandal to confirm their place in the First Division next season.

The former KuPs striker was signed by Al Jandal at the start of the season to boost their promotion chase.

A hugely successful season saw the powerful forward bag 20-goals in the regular season before adding 3 more in the playoff double header against Bisha SC .
