Nigerians included in Champions/Europa League teams of the week

A great midweek of action for Nigerian players plying their trades in Europe ended with a proper incentive for two special players.

Emmanuel Dennis and Umar Sadiq stood out not only amongst other Nigerian players who were involved in the UEFA Champions League/Europa League games but from other stars from other countries.

After scoring two goals in Club Brugge’s 2-2 draw against Real Madrid at Santiago Bernabeu it was expected and rightly so, Emmanuel Dennis made the list of the best XI of the week.

Also, Olympics bronze medalist, Umar Sadiq who scored a brace in Partizan 2-1 win at Astana on Thursday was included in the Europa League best XI of the week.
