Vandrezzer ambush Bendel Insurance in National league Opener

Vandrezzer Football Club will today take on Bendel Insurance in the first game of the 2021/2022 Nigerian National league season. Kickoff is 6pm at the Teslim Balogun stadium in Lagos.

Two sides tipped as favorites to wrestle for the sole promotion ticket in Group B1 , Vandrezzer Fc will look to devour the Edo state government funded Bendel Insurance at their new den.

Under the tutelage of Coach Henry Makinwa, anything short of victory in their new den against a direct rival for the promotion ticket will hurt the Lions pride. Coach Makinwa in his pre match press conference however played down any thoughts of pressure.

The former Katsina United gaffer confessed to enjoying every moment at the helm of a team he admired from afar before his appointment towards the end of last year. With a youthful and energetic squad at his disposal , Coach Makinwa and his technical staff sound ready to navigate the challenges ahead.

How long the enjoyment continues will be hugely determined by the results beginning with towards challenge vs Bendel Insurance. Vandrezzer Fc comes into the season boasted by the heroics enroute clinching the Lagos state FA cup title. A feat which raised expectations of a serious shot for the promotion ticket.

For football fans, it will be an evening of premium entertainment. Aside the expected on field display, fans will also be served with variety of off field side attractions and performances. The match will be streamed live via VFC TV with broadcast scheduled to Commence by 5pm an hour before Kickoff.
