#NNLSuper8: ‘Invincible’ Insurance secure top flight spot 10 years after going down

The Bendel Insurance have secured their place in the Nigeria Professional Football League 10 years after going down thanks to their impecable display in Aba.

Bendel Insurance defeated Shooting Stars 1-0 on Wednesday in Aba during the NNL Super 8 to ensure they finished at the top of the Southern Conference with the maximum points.

They finished the group unbeaten, without conceding a goal in three games, amassing a point total of 9 points scoring a total of five goals.

For topping the southern zone, Bendel Insurance have booked a super 8 final against Kada City whi topped the Nothern Zone.

The final match will be played tomorrow (Thursday) at the Aba International Stadium by 4pm.
