NPFL: Kwara United survive motor accidentÂ
Kwara United players and officials in the early hours of Wednesday were involved in a motor accident along Ojo Ibadan expressway.
The Media Officer of the club, Abdul Waheed Bibire confirmed the incident said, the coaster bus conveying the harmony boys who are on their way from Lagos from the super four tournament ran into a parked trailer in an attempt to dodge an over speeding vehicle from the other end of the road.
Three out of the people onboard sustained various degrees of injuries and have since been taking to a hospital for medical attention.
Reacting to the accident, Kwara United President sir Prince Oladimeji Ladi Thompson thank God that no life was lost adding that God has been faithful to the team considering the degree of the accident.
Meanwhile, the remaining members of the team have since been arranged into another bus en route Ilorin the Kwara state capital.
