NPFL Super 6 Gets KickOff Date, Venue And Fixtures
The LMC have announced that the NPFL Super 6, which will determine the champions as well as two other teams to represent Nigeria in next year’s continental competitions, will be staged at the Agege Township Stadium, Lagos starting on the 4th of June, 2019.
The opening match will be between Enyimba and Enugu Rangers with Kick-off set at 3pm
FC Ifeanyiubah will battle Lobi Stars in the second game of the opening day by 5pm, while Kano Pillars take on Akwa United by 7pm. The other match days are June 6, 8, 10 and 12.
The overall winners of this tournament will emerge league champions and represent Nigeria in next year’s CAF Champions League along with the runners-up.
The third-placed team will feature in the 2020 CAF Confederation Cup.
