NSF: Kelvin, Nathaniel on target as Kaduna beat Plateau to top group A

Kelvin Linus scored his second of the tournament while Nathaniel Usman scored his third of the tournament to help Kaduna men’s team beat Plateau State 2-0 to go top of Group A.

After their convincing 8-0 win against Abia in their first game, a draw would have been enough for Kaduna but they won it all in the end.

Baba Ndana-led boys were held goalless in the first quarter by Plateau State but Kelvin Linus broke the deadlock in the 22nd minute to give Kaduna the lead.

Nathaniel Usman scored the winning goal in the 50th minute to ensure Kaduna finish top of group A with two wins from two games.
