Odion Ighalo talks tough ahead of Al-Hilal CWC semi clash against Chelsea
Odion Ighalo has warned Chelsea FC ahead of his Saudi club, Al-Hilal Club World Cup semifinal clash against the European champions.
The AFC Champions are full of confidence after their 6-1 convincing comeback win against Al Jazira in the competition quarterfinal.
Odion Ighalo who scored the first goal in the 6-1 rout said he is aware of Chelsea’s qualities but he and his Al-Hilal teammates don’t know defeat and would be out to punish the English club.
“When you think about the teams you are going to face in the Club World Cup, high level and big teams that won in their continent,” Ighalo FIFA official website.
“We’re going to play against Chelsea, a good team which I have played against before, but as you know, the goal of the team and the fans is to win because this team doesn’t understand losing.”
The first semifinal will be played today at 5:30 pm between South American champions, Palmeiras, and African champions, Al Ahly.
While Odion Ighalo’s Al-Hilal will play against Chelsea in the second semifinal on Wednesday by 5:30 pm.
