Ohale, Ajibade make WAFCON Best XI of Group Phase

Osinachi Ohale and Rasheedat Ajibade have been included in the best eleven of the Women Africa Cup of Nations group phase.

Both players have played key roles as the Super Falcons recover from an early 2-1 upset against South Africa to win against Botswana and Burundi for a place in thr last eight.

Ohale at the back has covered for the 39-year-old Onome Ebi who for the most part in this tournament had been beaten for pace.

While Rasheedat Ajibade has had the most goal contribution for the Super Falcons with four.

The Atletico Madrid forward has two goals and two assists from three games.

Nigeria will play Cameroon in a quarter-final clash in Casablanca on Thursday.
