Ola Aina: Nottingham Forest will not be relegated
Nigeria Super Eagles defender Ola Aina has insisted that Nottingham Forest will not be relegated at the end of the current Premier League season.
The season has not gone smoothly for Ola Aina and Nottingham Forest who currently sit 17th on the English Premier League log, level on points with Luton Town but with a superior goal difference.
Nottingham Forest narrowly escaped relegation in the last Premier League season, and we’re helped to safety by the significant contribution of Aina’s countryman, Taiwo Awoniyi who is currently out with Injury.
Aina joined Forest last summer and he has been able to contribute immensely to the progress of the team.
“I don’t see the team going down.” Aina said
” We’ve had a difficult season by our standards, but I very much expect us to improve in our next game.
” More importantly, it’s about playing well and trying to get a result to stay up”, the Nigerian International told Nottingham Post.
