Olawale Oremade and four NPFL Stars make Nigeria U23 final cut for Libya clash

Flying Eagles goalkeeper Olawale Oremade and four other Nigeria Professional Football League league Stars have made the final 23-man list for Nigeria U-23 AFCON qualifier clash against Libya.

The Oasis FC academy graduate along side Lobi Stars trio of John Lazarus, Anumudu Ugochukwu and Ebube Duru, Nasarawa United goalkeeper Galadima Mohammed will make up the five local based players.

Red-hot Taiwo Awoniyi, Samuel Chukwueze, Kingsley Michael, Orji Okonkwo, Olabiran Blessing Muyiwa, Chidera Ezeh and David Okereke are among the foreign-based players in the squad.

Nigeria’s U-23 players are set to leave Nigeria for Tunisia where they will only Wednesday play against Libya in the first leg of the qualifiers.
