Asisat Oshoala scored two goals and gave one assist on Thursday as Al Hilal Women beat Eastern Flames 5-0 to finish their Saudi Women’s Premier League season strongly.

The six-time African Women’s Player of the Year now has 12 goals and four assists in 13 league matches this season. Her performance also helped her team end a run of three matches without a win.

In the 73rd minute, Oshoala set up Kheira Hamraoui for the fourth goal. Seven minutes later, the Nigerian striker scored again to make it 5-0.

With this result, Al Hilal finish fifth in the league with 23 points from 14 matches, while Eastern Flames end the season at the bottom with only three points.

Al Hilal will now focus on the SAFF Women’s Cup, where they will play Al Qadsiah Women in the semi-final. The first match will be on April 30, and the second leg will be played on May 7. The team will hope to win the trophy and end the season with silverware.
