Osimhen to make Napoli return vs Atalanta
Napoli SSC manager Rudi Garcia has confirmed Nigerian striker Victor Osimhen will return to action vs Atalanta. SportsRation reports.
Garcia made this disclosure during his post-match interview on Wednesday November 8.
After returning from a week-long break in Nigeria, Osimhen was in the stands as the Serie A champions UEFA Champions League clash were held to a 1-1 draw by Union Berlin.

After the encounter, Garcia said Osimhen will be ready to face Atalanta at the Estadio Diego Armando Maradona on Sunday, November 25.
“We are working to have Victor ready for the game against Atalanta,”Garcia was quoted by Football Italia.
Before his latest injury, the striker had scored six goals in 10 games across all competitions for Napoli this season.
Osimhen sustained the muscular injury during the International break and as a result will miss Nigeria’s 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers against Lesotho and Zimbabwe as confirmed by Super Eagles manager Jose Peseiro.
