Oyo State 7 Ogun State 0: Ademola David scores four as GCI roll Nawarudeen over

Just like a moving train the boys from Government College Ibadan rolled over Nawarudeen Secondary School, Obantoko, Ogun State.

The Ogun State boys were no match for their peers from Oyo State as they were condemned to their second loss at the 2018 SWHF U-16 Challenge trophy.

Ademola David opened the scoring in the 2nd minute for the Oyo boys with a casual but classy finish. He made it two just one minute after he scored the first.

With Tolu Odedokun wrecking havoc in the midfield life was a lot easier for the experienced, talented and very fit Government College side.

He completed his hattrick in the 9th minute after tapping in a great team play. From the penalty corner Tolu Odedokun drag flicked the ball into the net like a professional for GCI’s fourth goal.

Ademola David scored his fourth goal of the day and his side’s fifth in the 25th minute. Bello Dolapo made it 6th in the 26th minute and he completed his brace in the 32nd minute.

The Oyo State boys played with so much authority that the boys from Ogun State had to bow to their demands. Could have been more but GCI finished the game scoring 7 goals to go to the top of pool B.
