Top Norwegian outfit, Stabæk, have confirmed the signing of Paul Ogunkoya from Mahanaim.
Paul Ogunkoya who was on loan last time at One Rocket, has now joined Stabæk on a season long loan.
The 18-year-old forward will stay with the Norwegian outfit until the end of the season. Stabæk Director of Football, Torgeir Bjarmann gushed over the Paul Ogunkoya.
“Paul is a promising striker/winger who has done well in trials,” says Bjarmann.
“He has shown some exciting skills that we will see if we can develop further. He is fast and scores goals and has good potential.”
Bjarmann said there is no pressure on Paul to perform.
“But Paul speaks English, is well integrated into the playing group in a short time and seems humble and willing to learn. So we will try to develop him further.”
Stabæk have an option to buy Paul Ogunkoya should he impress during his loan.
