Peseiro gets Nigeria’s biggest win in a competitive game as Osimhen climbs to 9th on all-time scorers’ chart

Jose Peseiro has led the Super Eagles of Nigeria to their biggest ever win in a competitive game after securing a 10-0 win against Sao Tome and Principe in Agadir, Morocco on Tuesday.

Super Eagles were on a rampage and made their intention to win the game known scoring three goals in the first half and seven goals in the second half.

Victor Osimhen who also scored four goals in the game put himself in the 7th spot in Nigeria’s top scorer chart.

The Napoli striker scored the first goal of the game in the 9th minute heading home from close range in the 9th minute of the game.

Moses Simon scored the second goal in the 28th minute, Terem Moffi’s goal in the 43′ completed a 3-0 lead at halftime.

Victor Osimhen got his brace in the 48th minute and Oghenekaro Etebo scored a powerful freekick in 55th minute for Nigeria’s 5th goal.

Ademola Lookman in the 63rd minute scored the 6th goal, Victor Osimhen completed his hattrick in the 65th minute of the game.

Terem Moffi completed his brace in the 69 and Victor Osimhen after seeing two of his goals ruled out for offside eventually got his 4th goal in the 84th minute.

Substituted Emmanuel Dennis scored the 10th goal of the game in the 92nd minute from the spot-kick.
