Peter Olayinka bags brace in Slavia Praha win over Slovacko

Nigerian forward Peter Olayinka scored both goals in Slavia Praha’s 2-0 win over Slovacko in the Czech Republic Fortuna Liga on Sunday.

Olayinka found the back of the net in the 12th to put title chasing Slavia Praha in front at the Fortuna Arena.

The Nigerian forward doubled the advantage for Jindřich Trpišovský’s men with another strike in the 73rd minute to seal a comfortable 2-0 win over fourth-placed Slovácko.

Olayinka has now scored eight (8) goals in 15 appearances this season for Slavia Praha. Another Nigeria Igor Ogbu was in action for Slavia Praha, the defender had a fantastic performance to keep the visiting Slovacko at bay.

With the victory, Slavia Praha leapfrog Viktoria Plzen to go top of the league standings after twenty-one round of matches in the Czech Republic Fortuna Liga.
