Preview: WATFORD VS EVERTON

Two consecutive defeats has seen the Hornets slip down the table into 11th position following a 1-0 home defeat to Stoke City and a 3-1 loss against West Brom at the Hawthorns.

A win against the Toffees this Saturday, will move them to 7th position, momentarily level on points with Manchester United who host Tottenham Hotspurs on Sunday.

They’ll have to do it without Roberto Pererya who was sent off in the 3-1 defeat to West Brom. So a re-shuffled midfield of Capoue, Behrami, Watson and Zuniga could feature against the Toffees who themselves are in need of a win, one that’ll catapult them into 6th position.

They’re currently 8th, with 20 points, one behind Manchester United whom they forced to a 1-1 draw last Sunday. They were handed a severe blow this week, after it was confirmed that DR Congo winger, Yannick Bolasie would be ruled out till the end of the season after injuring himself in the draw against Manchester United, so Gerrard Deulofeu could start.

The Hornets won this tie in April at Vicarage Road after a 2-2 draw at Goodison Park last season. On paper, these are two evenly matched teams with little to seperate them. So, it could come down to fine margins.

PREDICTION: WATFORD 1-1 EVERTON
