Race for 2019 NPFL top scorer: Udoh leads as Musa, Kone & Ali follow closely

The race for 2019 Eunisell boot hots up as we enter the round of 14 in the Nigeria Professional Football League.

After round of 13 games, Akwa United striker Mfon Udoh who holds the record for the most goals scored in the league with his 23 strikes in 2014 while playing for Enyimba leads the park with 8 goals.

Mfon Udoh is closely followed by Gombe’s Usman Musa, Lobi Stars’ Yaya Kone and Pillars Rabiu Ali who are all on 6 goals.

The likes of Super Eagles capped Akwa United attacker Ndifreke Effiong, Abba Umar (Wikki), Philip Auta (Yobe Desert Stars), and Abdulrahman Bashir (Enyimba) are all on five goals each.
