Rashford, Garnacho Lead  Manchester United Past Leeds

Marcus Rashford was on target again as Manchester United recorded a 2-0 win over Leeds United on Sunday afternoon.

The first half ended goalless with Leeds United unable to go past David De Gea.

Rashford broke the deadlock with 10 minutes to go with a glancing header from a pinpoint cross by Luke Shaw.

Alejandro Garnacho outpaced the Leeds United defence to finish past Meslier to make it 2-0 and ultimately hand the visitors the maximum points.

Rashford has now scored 21 goals in all competitions for Manchester this season, he has also bagged eight goals in his last nine Premier League games.

It was Manchester United’s second win in five Premier League matches, they are now seven points clear of fifth-placed Tottenham.

Leeds United have now failed to win in their last nine Premier League games and would drop into the relegation zone if Everton beat Liverpool on Monday.
