A woman has been fingered as to the reason why Chelsea £71.6m pounds goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga is underperforming.

Looks Kepa Arrizabalaga no longer Chelsea number one goalie and according to reports he might have played his last game for the club as manager Frank Lampard looking for a replacement.

Kepa Arrizabalaga currently the most expensive goalkeeper had a fine season with The Blues last season with his only low being the susbstitution row in the Carabao Cup final with his manager.

His friends and family have reportedly traced his terrible form to the breakup with his girlfriend Andrea Perez whom he had been with for nine years.

El Mundo, per the Mirror: “Those close to him are clear about one of the main reasons for his drop in form, his recent split with his long-term girlfriend.”

The report also quoted an unnamed friend, who said: “He’s suffering quite badly. His partner went with him to London when he left his former club Athletic Bilbao and had been his rock until the relation ended.

“His parents, who still live in the Basque town of Ondarroa, try to spend time with him but emotionally he’s pretty low at the moment.”

At 56.3% Kepa Arrizabalaga has the worst save percentage ratio of all the goalies in the Premier League this season.
