Robin Van Persie makes one demand from ‘soft’ Ole Gunnar Solskjaer
Former Manchester United striker Robin Van Persie is making a demand from club manager, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.
Robin Van Persie who left Arsenal for United where he won the league title watched his former clubs go head to head on Wednesday but wasn’t impress with his last English club.
Van Persie whose goals led United to the title in 2013 lashed at soft Ole Gunnar Solskjaer after watching the Reds taken apart by the Gunners at the Emirates Stadium.
“When I listen to Ole, he sounds like a really nice guy. I would like to see him a bit more mean at times, just be angry.
“I see him smiling now after a game like that. This is not the moment to smile.
“They need a gameplan and a bit of fear for the coach. You know if you don’t make those runs or make that pass, you will be punished and you won’t play the next game.
“Are the players lacking fear? Probably. By the looks of things, I think so.”
