Rohr’s input fails save Nigeria at Bayern Youth Cup

Super Eagles coach Gernot Rohr was on the sidelines to push Nigeria at the Bayern Youth Cup World Finals, but in the end it was the USA who emerged champions.

Former Bayern Munich defender has supported the team and even gave them halftime pep talk during the tournament in Germany.

The Nigeria U17 team won three, drew two and lost a game.

They needed to beat eventual winners USA to reach the final, but they conceded an own goal for the game to end 1-1.

The Nigeria team were assembled under the auspices of Voe Foundation.
