Samuel Chukwueze celebrated at Villareal

Spanish La Liga club, Villarreal has celebrated Nigerian winger Samuel Chukwueze for his milestone 200th appearance for the club.

In honour of the feat, Villarreal President, Fernando Roig presented him with a commemorative shirt alongside other players who achieved landmark appearances.

Recall that Chukweze  hit the landmark appearance for the Yellow Submarine when he came on as a substitute in the 4-2 victory against Espanyol .

Chukwueze (23) went into the history book as the youngest player in the history of Villarreal to achieve the remarkable feat.

The Super Eagle joined Villareal in 2018 after being followed by the club for his performances to help Nigeria win the 2015 FIFA U-17 World Cup.
