Semi Ajayi scores 7th league goal in Rotherham home loss to Norwich City

Semi Ajayi continued his goal scoring form with his 7th goal of the season as relegation battlers Rotherham lose 2-1 to Norwich City at New York Stadium in a Championship game on Saturday.

Back from helping Rotherham secure their first away win of the season which is also their first away win in almost three years, Ajayi was again the star.

Kenny McLean put Norwich City in front in the 45th minute of the game. Ajayi came up again for Rotherham in the 52nd minute to score the equalizer.

But Ben Godfrey restored the lead for Norwich City in the 57th minute for what eventually settled the encounter.

For Semi Ajayi the goal was his sixth in his last five games and his 7th of the season.

Rotherham return to relegation zone after their home lose to Norwich.
